Paras P Rawal, MBA is a seasoned business executive and entrepreneur with over 14 years of expertise in information technology, finance, marketing, logistics and supply chain industry verticals. With a MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), Paras has a passion for creating business and customer value utilizing agile methodologies. He is equally committed to support continuous improvement strategies that enable effective change management, improve customer satisfaction, boost workforce morale and promote performance at all levels of the organization.

Paras is an effective leader and communicator with complementary skill in diversified stakeholder management, relationship and team building, bustiness analysis, project and program management. William J Carr, MBA has had a career highlighted by success in a variety of endeavors. He served for several years in a series of planning and executive financial management positions within a Fortune 50 company, including CFO of a subsidiary operating nationally; spent two decades as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer in an entrepreneurial private equity setting which included a wide-range of start-up and acquired businesses in numerous industries, and later served as CFO of a non-profit foundation providing services to the under-served urban population of a large southern city. He has since graduated to a role as a school of business college professor, teaching courses focused on entrepreneurship, management and leadership, and finance.

Janice P Tanno, PhD is a veteran of the financial services industry, earning CLU and ChFC designations at an unusually early age. Ever curious, Janice went on to earn three MS degrees in Management, Financial Services, and Pastoral Studies, and capped her academic pursuits with a PhD in Management, Leadership & Organizational Change. Her doctoral dissertation, Servant Leadership: What Makes It an Effective Model, is in the process of publication as a text book.

John P Digits, Jr, DPA is a distinguished behaviorist of long standing. Starting out as a clinical social worker, Dr Digits subsequently oversaw the development of a behavioral health organization that became a model human service provider, spending nearly three decades as its CEO. He frequently interacted with local, state and federal government officials in the advancement of educational initiatives and community development and served on numerous boards of directors, holding various leadership positions positively affecting the development and success of those organizations.
